My name is Adriana A. Oliveira and I am a freelance ATA Certified Translator  with 36 years of experience in translating from English / Brazilian Portuguese / English.

I was born in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, where I lived for almost 30 years. In 1992, I moved to Canada, and in 1998 to the United States, where I currently reside.

My educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in  Languages (English and Portuguese) conferred by the Federal University of Parana, in Brazil, and a Certification in Technical Writing obtained at Kennesaw State University.

I have been an active certified member of the American Translators Association (ATA) since 2000.
